Returns & Exchanges – Fortivus™

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@thefortivus.com with your order number.

Exclusions

• Pre-Orders: All pre-order sales are final. These pieces are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance/promotional events are not eligible for return.
• Accessories (wristbands, stickers, etc.) are non-returnable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, you may return the item for store credit.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect after processing.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Fortivus will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Fortivus is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Fortivus™ Store Policy

At Fortivus, we operate with precision and intent. Every order is handled with the same discipline we expect from those who walk The Path.

Order Processing

• Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items are produced specifically for you and ship on or after the estimated release date listed on the product page.
• Please allow 4–6 weeks (or stated timeframe) for pre-order fulfillment.
• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise noted.
• Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless the product is defective.

Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: 7–21 business days depending on customs and location.
• Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees where applicable.
• Fortivus is not responsible for courier delays, customs holds, or events outside our control.
